POSITIVES:
Most of the games I tried play in 4K resolution at 60fps without any problems, only some demanding games like Cyberpunk 2077 require me to activate DLSS Quality mode to maintain above 60fps (with ray tracing, of course). The rest of the games I own run smoothly even in 4K resolution. Its performance is very close to the 3090Ti, for those who understand, I don't need to say anything else.
The card also supports the promised DLSS3 (in the near future, Chrome and Edge browsers will be able to play all streaming videos upscaled to 4K resolution according to Nvidia). It also has AV1 encoder/decoder support for those interested in video editing, which is great news.
NEGATIVES:
First, unfortunately, its price is much higher than Nvidia's MSRP. Additionally, Gigabyte's cooler is one of the simplest and weakest on the market (which is why it is one of the cheaper implementations of the 4070Ti). It is simply not recommended for extensive overclocking. If you are interested in overclocking, there are better and more expensive cards for that.
CONCLUSION:
The card is very powerful, easily playing games in 1440p and 4K resolutions with maximum graphics settings. It is also future-proof with the new technologies it supports, which will be introduced from 2023
