Quercetin

High potency bioflavonoid, found in various foods. It is also a structural element for flavonoids. It is found in many foods, such as onions (especially red ones), apples, tea, nuts, various types of berries, broccoli, and cabbage.

Dosology

Take 2 herbal capsules, 2 times a day, approximately 20 minutes before meals.
