Excellent choice for sweet tart base, crumble, cake, and cookies. Due to its price, however, I use it less frequently than coconut sugar, the price of which - as expected, due to increasing demand - has dropped significantly in recent years.
Date sugar is not suitable for hot beverages - I was aware of this limitation, so I never tried to dissolve it, and it is rather unfair to evaluate it negatively for this reason. In cases where it needs to be dissolved in a liquid, feel free to use date syrup (it replaces honey and maple syrup).

As for quality, it is excellent. As for taste, unfortunately, it is very bad as it does not melt and leaves small pieces that pose a choking hazard. Even in very hot drinks, it did not melt.

Perfect taste honestly. My husband, who doesn't eat sweets, likes it too. Excellent choice as a product category since it is the only type of sugar with plant fibers.
