Apply after makeup. Turn the powder container upside down and tap gently to let the powder gather in the lid. Dip the powder brush (sold separately) into the powder, gently remove the excess, and apply to the face. 

For the most flawless look, use Clinique's Powder Rubdown technique: Pour powder into the palm of your hand, dust fingers with powder, then gently tap and smooth fingers over the skin. Remove excess.
