Upgrade your laptop or mini PC with Corsair ValueSelect SO-DIMM DDR3 RAM, increasing the power of your computer and the execution speeds of all your processes.

DDR3

DDR3 is the third generation of RAM memory technology for computers. It replaces DDR2 and offers increased speeds and capacity.

It offers operating speeds from 800MT/s to 2133MT/s, response time (CAS Latency) from CL4 to CL19, while its capacity has increased up to 16GB per memory module.

For speed (MT/s) and capacity (GB), the larger the size we choose, the better performance we will have in our system, while for response time (CL), we want the smallest size for the speed (MT/s) we have chosen.

The above characteristics should be compatible with our motherboard specifications.

The Corsair ValueSelect SO-DIMM DDR3 provides speed at 1600MT/s, with CL11 and 4GB per memory module.

Compatibility

The DDR3 technology is compatible with specific motherboards and processors. Specifically, DDR3 is compatible with Intel 3rd & 4th Gen, Pentium, and Celeron processors, as well as AMD FX and Phenom II processors.

    I put it on the Hp 250 g4 laptop and it matched perfectly with a pre-installed Samsung. However, be careful to install Ram with exactly the same specifications.
