1. It is a type of gelatin and the finger slightly sticks to it.
2. With the gelatin, the "back" gesture hardly works at all. It struggles to capture the beginning of the movement, which is very close to the case, especially for those with thick fingers. Considering that the Pixel 7 is a phone that is operated with gestures and does not have a back button, this is a serious drawback.

The solution I found is to remove the stuck film with a thin piece of plastic, and all the gestures work perfectly. I bought a protective glass and kept the rest of the case, which is really good in all aspects
