It has been used for 3 winters exclusively for many winter fishing trips from a boat and it is like new. I never expected a jacket to be so lightweight and comfortable and yet so warm. I haven't tested it in extreme temperatures, but it doesn't let any air or moisture through, and combined with its lining, it feels very good (almost like being indoors). Those who go out to sea in the winter will understand what I mean! However, be careful because it is not waterproof. It can withstand light rain, but that's about it.
