    1.90, 100 kilos, owner for 4 days.

The built-in "pillow" at the lower back is too low for my height and too far forward compared to the rest of the back. It is so low that it doesn't even touch my lower back, it only reaches my lower back... Strange choice, as the chair seems to be designed for larger individuals, as the seat and armrests have a considerable distance, resulting in me not being locked in the center of the chair and not being able to move. It can accommodate a larger person.

The adjustment at 90 degrees is actually 120 degrees, I can't sit straight and ergonomically. It forces me to be semi-reclined if I want my back to touch.

Also, even though I can lock it at 90 degrees, the materials are so poor that it easily moves back and forth, right-left by 5-10 degrees.
(Edit: officially on the site it is 100 degrees as default, it doesn't have 90 degrees, but I still feel quite bent in the highest adjustment if I want my upper back to touch. To sit at 90 degrees, I have to sit in a strange position and my back doesn't touch, it has to touch the small pillow and only support the lower back)

The headrest doesn't go high enough for my preferences, it is also very difficult to adjust up and down. It doesn't suit me with headphones to turn my head, with the inward tilt it has.

When I assembled it on the first day, the back part, when you screw it, has a plastic cover from the company that you put on, after the chair is screwed, with 3 plastic clips to hold it. It is triangular in shape, with 2 clips on top and 1 below. Well, I put the 2 on top and went to press it from below to clip the other one, and it broke/cut this plastic clip, resulting in the screws being visible from the back and the company logo not being displayed.

The height from the floor to the seat, on the official site it says it is 22" at maximum height, which translates to 56cm. I measured it myself (because it seemed low to me) and when I sit it is at 45-47cm while if I stand up, it is somewhere around 50cm. 5 inches less. With the previous chair, I was above the desk, at maximum height, and my arms didn't touch the desk, while with this one I can't do that at its maximum height.

For its price, it could be more quality/sturdy and target someone with my dimensions, as it is advertised for a weight of 150 kilos. It may cover some features that interest me (adjustable arms/head/locking in different positions) but it doesn't do it in a quality way.

However, compared to an Anda Seat XL that I bought for 230€, one of their first models 5-6 years ago, it is not qualitatively better, but unfortunately now, Anda Seat is somewhere around 240€ for the basic model and 400€+ for their XL model... What bothered me about the Anda Seat and doesn't bother me with this Norn is that the seat of this Norn doesn't have the side seat that traps you and doesn't allow you to open your legs. (Attention to those who are about to buy the Anda Seat II XL on a sale for around 260€, in the Anda Seat III XL they have fixed this issue, but it costs over 400€...) Also, almost all Gaming Chairs that practically have the shape of a racing car made me slouch a bit because they had a strange call on the shoulders, resulting in me not being able to sit straight with my shoulders aligned, while with this chair I don't have this issue, I just feel like I have to semi-lie down whenever I lean back. Unlike the Anda Seat, this chair doesn't recline all the way back. Although it leans quite a bit (not unnecessary 180 degrees like the Anda Seat), the lower back cushion goes quite high, pulling the shirt and I have to pull it down, and the headrest is not comfortable at all compared to the Anda Seat. If you want to put your hands behind your head for support while lying down, forget it, the headrest is hard on the edges, which have a call inward, resulting in the plastic pressing against your hands.

    ~TLDR~:
First impressions, it's not an ordinary chair that you sit on and immediately feel comfortable. It's not a matter of adjustments to feel comfortable, you need to learn how to sit in order to use it properly. If you want a 90-degree seat, you have to make an effort and only support the back slightly. If you want to relax and lean back, then at least it's 100 degrees and then the chair's headrest comes to support you.

I wouldn't pay more than 140-150€ for this chair. I definitely don't recommend it for 200€, the extra 50€ it's sold for are for the features and not for the comfort.

If the price dropped to 160-170€, I would give it 4 stars.
