    The clip that tightens the base to hold it steady on the ball is the wrong size, resulting in poor screwing and requiring constant adjustment.

    Adding after a month and a half. The arm's base has almost detached from the suction cup, and when placed on the phone, it appears to be hanging from the suction cup. The clip that tightens the base to the suction cup is broken and either opens on its own or does not tighten the suction cup enough, I can't tell.

    Although it doesn't affect the quality, the hooks open every time there is a loss of proper contact with the charger, causing the power supply to be interrupted, even for fractions of a second, causing the phone to fall from its position most of the time.
