That's how I lived. I walked with scraped knees, I grew up, I mourned my loved ones, I fell in love, I laughed a lot, I loved a lot, I worked hard, I fought my demons for years. The losses of childhood, my father's premature death, my mother's imprisonment during the Junta, the tears and wounds of my childhood led me to depression, sleepless nights, and sleeping pills.

This book unfolds the dark pages behind an apparently bright life. Many times I started and stopped writing it. Either I will tell everything or nothing - I decided. I will confess everything I hid, everything I feared, everything I was ashamed of.

"Mom, look, no hands!" That's how I continue today on my faded bike. And wherever it takes me... I don't know if you are holding a good or a bad book in your hands. I only know that this confession is the bravest thing I have done in my insignificant life.
