    The worst thing is that it's a shame because everything I have bought from Izzy is very good except for this specific iron, it's completely useless and doesn't even produce steam

    It irons nicely, I have no complaints. The big problem is that as soon as the water level drops to the middle of the tank, it stops producing steam. So I have to refill the tank to the max in order to continue ironing with steam. If it wasn't for this issue, which has now become annoying, I would give 5 stars to the ironing.
