It will not have spoilers!!!! It only took me 18 hours to complete the 1st gameplay (but it also has a new game plus that they have done very well!!!)

I will upload a video later to show you how it ran.

The game is heavy for old systems, I ran it on an i5 6500 rx 480 8gb 16gb ram (a system from 2016). It used 10gb of RAM, and my processor couldn't handle it very well, it needs at least a Ryzen 5 2600x or Core i5 8600 to enjoy it.

I ran it on the settings you will see in the video, mainly on medium with AMD fidelity at 1080p. It ran at 38-60 fps in certain areas, but I had frequent drops and stuttering. Specifically, there were scenes where the sound was ahead of the scene. People and monsters would disappear, etc.

However, I believe most of these issues were due to my system, so be careful to have a newer system.

I had never dealt with the Dead Space series before (even though I had a PS3 in the past), so it was an excellent opportunity for me to play it for the first time. I got it for only 15 euros through Origin Pro, and I canceled my subscription as soon as I finished it. It was definitely worth it, as it doesn't fall below 45-60 euros now that I am writing this review for the computer.

Now, about the game. It's a fantastic game that is definitely worth spending more on if you like this genre (horror with aliens and space). The story is simple (at first). You are an engineer (in a rescue team) who, with his team, goes to respond to a distress signal from the spaceship Ishimura. Something happens there, and you are called to solve mysteries, find out why it happened, and of course, save people. The sound? It supports stereo and 3D spatial sound. Personally, I ran it with Dolby Atmos and with headphones, and if you turn off the lights, you are literally transported inside the space station ISHIMURA.

The graphics? They are jaw-dropping, and they really pushed my computer to its limits. But they are wonderful, and I can't even imagine how amazing they would be for someone who can run it on maximum settings. In medium settings, I thoroughly enjoyed it visually, from the lighting in different scenes to every corner of the spaceship. It also supports ray tracing for those interested. Personally, I found the graphics to be stunning, and I believe that in the future, games will be released with graphics at this level, not like the old machines, but at a higher level.

Gameplay: That's where it's all at. You start with one weapon and end up having many different tools that change the way you play. If you want something like a shotgun, you have it; if you want long-range, you have it too. You even have "relatively" additional powers besides the weapons that help you, but I can't say much to avoid spoilers. The character cannot jump or run much, which is logical because his suit is very heavy. However, there are floating tracks that might annoy some players because it's easy to lose orientation, but by pressing a button, you can return to your original position. I never got bored of the gameplay in my 18 hours. On the contrary, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The weapons, I should note, have upgrades, as well as your spacesuit. To upgrade them, you have to play and collect units.

I ran the game on medium, but I would recommend to fans to play it at least one difficulty level higher. Because from a certain point onwards, even medium was easy. Something I particularly liked was that the game never makes you feel alone, like other horror games do. It includes other characters and some of them talk to your player as you play through headphones. There are no microtransactions and if you purchase the deluxe edition, you get some extra costumes.

Side quests: The game doesn't make side quests boring, but it executes them perfectly as if you were playing the main story. There are a total of 3 side quests, but they have branching paths that sometimes take 1 hour or more each. It would be good to do them because you learn more about the story and of course, you collect upgrades for your weapons.

Great game and I recommend everyone to get involved.
