I have been using this toothpaste for about 3-4 years and I liked it a lot, both in terms of taste and the fact that it made my teeth sparkling. Unfortunately, something changed in its composition and now it has small particles inside that would stick to my teeth after brushing and I would spit them out throughout the day. At first, I didn't know what it was, but then I read its ingredients (on the official website because they don't mention it elsewhere) and indeed, there are particles inside, "Rounded polishing particles of Silica". It's a shame because that's the only reason I threw it away and won't buy it again.
