Capabilities

8-channel High Definition recorder from the new TURBOHD 5.0 series by Hikvision, which adopts the new AcuSence 2.0 technology. It supports top-tier H.265 Pro+ video compression and innovative features such as Facial Recognition or False Alarm Reduction based on deep learning algorithms, as well as Audio Over Coaxial (AoC) technology for transmitting audio signals through the same coaxial cable that carries the video signal.

Information

  • At 8MP resolution, we cannot have H.265 Pro+ / H.264+ compression
  • The Human/Vehicle Analysis and Facial Detection functions cannot be activated simultaneously. Activating one function disables the other
  • Video Analytics functions cannot be activated simultaneously with Human/Vehicle Analysis and Facial Detection functions. To enable one of the above 3 functions, the other 2 must be disabled
  • If you enable the Enhanced IP mode of the recorder, you can connect 4 additional IP cameras. However, in this case, you must disable all Smart Events of the recorder (Face Recognition, Motion Detection 2.0, VCA Analytics, etc.)
