The color is the epitome of failure: excessively light (even for me, who has very fair skin) and as it stays on the skin, it seems to open up even more, emphasizing dark circles and giving the impression of a ghost. It has been a long time since I made such a mistake in purchasing a makeup product - this is what happens when you shop without trying a sample.
I suppose it might look better on youthful, dry skin if you add a darker powder on top, but again, I don't see the point, honestly. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone...
