The Logitech G300s is a wired gaming mouse designed for both hands, with an optical sensor and a resolution of 2500 DPI. It features 9 buttons (all of which can be programmed).

Very nice little mouse, quiet, expensive, gives a very nice feeling in the hand. However, be careful, it may say "gaming" but it is not. It does not accept macros or recognize G Hub. It can do some simple things with another program called Gaming Software 9.04.
As a left-handed person, the only mouse that has been convenient for me for many years, due to the position of the extra buttons and its symmetrical shape. It mainly suits me more for applications rather than gaming.
The downside is that it doesn't last forever, after a while, there are some issues with the buttons over time due to usage, and it needs to be replaced.
Foreign websites sell replacement boards so you don't have to change the whole mouse, but I haven't tried them (and I will probably have to because at some point the stock will run out, I think it has stopped being produced by Logitech).
The best and most convenient gaming mouse I've had.
In fact, for 7 years now, even when it broke, I would still buy the same one.
The extra buttons are very convenient and now I can't use any other mouse, not only for gaming but also for work or simple browsing, since I have mapped everything to something I frequently use.
Very convenient grip despite my large hands and fingers.
Purchased for the second time, as the first one I had started to lose contact with the USB cable in the computer's connection port after 6 years of daily use. Due to habit, I chose the same model. Mainly used for gaming.
I had this mouse for about 8 years and it just broke now because my pet bit the cable. The best purchase ever made, the best for gaming for sure. It has 3 different modes for button settings (I used so many, I don't remember if it has any others). I highly recommend it
I have had this mouse for 4 years now, at first it was good but it started to have more and more delays sometimes or not register clicks. The DPI setting is average but with so many buttons it's a bit annoying, only 2 of them are button 4 and 5. The scroll wheel click doesn't work sometimes and the buttons on the right barely get any use. The two middle buttons (if you don't count the scroll wheel) only one of them changes the DPI mode while the other one changes the DPI in general. Overall, if you want a keyboard or mouse, don't get this one, go for Logitech or Razer. I have Logitech and I regret buying it, my friend has Razer and it didn't last even 3 years. That's all I have to say, also sorry for the spelling mistakes.
Speaking of keyboards, I have the Logitech G213, don't get it either because the membrane is annoying and it's also annoying to clean.
An everlasting mouse. If you have small hands, your budget is low, but you want to use a quality mouse for its price, and if you want to have a software-supported experience, you can buy this mouse with your head held high.
I had the G300 and then I needed to change the mouse because its cable started to have interruptions after 4 years of use. I switched to the G300s, for the simple reason that it had the macros exactly where I wanted them. For example, I could assign the DPI shift to one of them. Very satisfactory performance, except for the noticeable decrease in responsiveness when I set the polling rate to 1000Hz, so I had to limit it to 500Hz. Unfortunately, after 4 years of use, the G300s also started to have interruptions in the cable. In other words, it's a good mouse, but it's not for heavy use... Maybe, if Logitech released a wireless version or simply made the cable a bit thicker to withstand some extra strain, it would fully satisfy me. Maybe, it may seem a bit small to you, but I easily got used to it, as I held it with the tips of my fingers (finger tip style).
One of the best mice in the cheap category. After 3-4 years, the material underneath started to wear off, resulting in friction and making it harder to move. Of course, I increased the sensitivity, and the grip has also worn off, and the left and right clicks no longer work. I repeat, after 4 years. However, it is lightweight and easy to use with the keybinds, and it has great software. It is worth it for the price.
I bought it because I am left-handed and I needed a mouse with buttons on the left side. It is of good quality, although a bit heavy. The Logitech application has many settings, and I have been using it for over a year now. The cleaning is not the best, but I suppose it's the same with most mice. It has a long cable and a nice basic lighting. For 30 euros, it is quite good, but I believe there are better options for my left-handed friends (and especially for right-handed ones) with a little more money.
Update: After 5 years, the mouse broke. It started last year when playing games, where after a while it would disconnect when doing ADS, so it's an issue with the right click. It has been two weeks since it started frequently disconnecting and reconnecting only during gaming. I tried everything (BIOS settings, chipset drivers, USB ports, Logitech software, reinstalling Windows) and nothing worked, obviously it's the mouse's fault, and I see others who have the same issue. For this reason, I no longer recommend it, but it did last for years. It's an old model, get something newer.
Apart from the problem I will write about below, it is truly the best mouse I have ever had!! The reason is that it has the extra buttons next to the left and right click, something that no other mouse has (except for other Logitech models) and it is the most convenient position since you use the same two fingers for all the buttons, without delay, and not the thumb or middle finger which never worked for me. Of course, I have assigned copy-paste, minimize, and close windows to these buttons, as those are the ones I use. For gaming, I only needed them in Just Cause 4 to change weapons, which I did very quickly. It has 3 different profiles that can be loaded into the mouse's memory and you can use whichever you need on any computer you need it.
Its size is small but it never bothered me in the 5 to 6 years that I have been using it (the model, not the same mouse unfortunately).
And now for the negative part...
After some use (it was never the same in terms of clicks or time), the left click stops sounding like before (it is a warning that it will break soon) and then it breaks (instead of a single click, it does a double click!!!). There are related videos on YouTube on how to fix it for both the g300s and g502. The problem with the "fix" is that at some point it will fail and you will need another mouse. Initially, I had the g300 which lasted about 4 years. In the second year, I had to open it for the first time and fix it, but only for another year. Then the same thing happened and in the fourth year it broke completely. However, the g300s came out and I believed that they would have fixed it as an upgraded model. On the contrary, it broke from the first year and I wasn't so lucky here, as it broke after the first time I opened it. I also spoke with the store, explaining the situation, and they referred me to Logitech, which had no issue with replacement. The problem was that Logitech and the store couldn't communicate, so I had to wait for a month without an answer while I was working on my computer!! (That's why I gave it 1 star instead of 3).
Conclusion?
If you don't mind buying at least 2 so that you have a backup and can change the mouse every 1-2 years, it is the perfect mouse.
PS.
When I first searched on Google for the double click issue, as soon as I typed g300s double, Google completed it with click issue and other related topics with countless results!! The same thing happens with the g502 unfortunately...
For some reason, when installing an internal sound card on Windows 10 Pro (I tried 2 sound cards: Sound Blaster RX and Sound BlasterX AE-5 Plus on 2 old and new motherboards), I had audio interference when moving this specific mouse (mainly during movement, but not only). For so long, because I was buying the same mouse, it didn't even cross my mind that it might be the cause. I was confused because they have nothing to do with each other. That's why I bought a newer sound card because I thought the first one was broken.
In the end, I bought a new mouse (Razer Viper Mini) which suits me much better (I thought it would be difficult to find another mouse that suits me so well) and there are no more sound problems. I repeat, I had no problems with the onboard sound card, ONLY with the Sound Blaster (internal-external) ones.
Also, a serious drawback is that you can only change settings on the mouse, such as custom lighting and DPI, with the old Logitech software and not with the new one until now as I am writing. It forced me to install the old one, save the settings to the mouse's memory, uninstall it, and then install the newer version because I wanted it since I also have the Logitech G910 gaming keyboard.
Quite a bad mouse.. Initially, the clicks are very noisy but the most significant problem was that it didn't fit at all. Neither in my hands (which are big) nor in my girlfriend's hands (who has smaller hands), it didn't fit at all. The little finger of the right hand literally drags on the mouse pad, resulting in pain from friction. Also, the colors I can set for it are about 10, because I can't set the color I want but only choose one from the suggested ones. I believe that with 30 euros, a much better mouse can be found.
P.S. It has already been sold.
The mouse was purchased in the G300 version 8 years ago. Since that day, it has been working perfectly. A few days ago, I also bought the G300s, which is exactly the same, both in terms of appearance and features, with some aesthetic changes, such as black buttons instead of dark silver and a blue bottom instead of red.
It feels very comfortable in the hand, although I believe that someone with very large hands might find it small. The weight is quite satisfactory, but there is no option for adjustment. The lighting is quite nice, although it does not have a clear representation of white for some reason. The Logitech program allows for the customization of all 6 buttons, with options such as using keyboard keys, shortcuts, and even creating user-defined macros.
The feel of all the buttons is amazing and they are quite silent during use.
For anyone who wants a mouse with programmable buttons and a nice feel in the hand, this is a very good choice.
The unique brand mouse with the specific button placement. I bought it twice. One because it was cheap and had buttons that I liked. It has served me well since then. Another one when the right click broke after 2 years, I bought the next model that came out (the s), exactly the same mouse but with a blue bottom instead of red. If it was more durable, it would have a higher price. It is a small mouse of medium weight with a fairly high slope-curve at the beginning of the palm. Any hand larger than a small one has a gap after this slope until the fingertips touch again. In the two years, the right click started acting up again. Cleaning fixed it for a few months, but it started acting up again and I don't think I have any other option even though I'm considering spending more (the doubles) and getting a more specific mouse for the use I make of it.
It's worth its 25-30 euros. Any extra euro is wasted money for me.
I should note that so far Logitech has disappointed me twice by being very slow with their services and using standardized responses to remind you that since they are talking to you, you can only be satisfied.
Of course, with 60 euros, I have gotten 5 years (one with a broken right click), how many more mice can one use, life is short especially for those with small hands. 600 euros for 50 years if they continue to upgrade them. It's good.
I am a owner since Christmas of 2018, which is almost 1.5 years.
In the positives:
+ Through the application it has, you can create mouse usage profiles and easily change profiles through the mouse buttons at any time.
+ 4 adjustable buttons easily accessible by hand.
+ Large range of DPI.
In the negatives:
- The surface of the mouse easily gets dirty.
- Not suitable for large hands.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my choice and definitely, for the money, it is the definition of value for money.
I come from a Razer Deathadder from 2016, which, with double the price, I can't say it has significant differences
One of the best and most reliable mice in the series. I used the previous model g300 for years, but this one is equally capable, durable, and fast. Completely satisfied.
Kids, very good mouse I highly recommend it if you have small hands. I have had it for 2 years now and it hasn't caused me any problems. The clicks are a bit noisy but it doesn't bother me as I constantly play with a headset on and can't hear it. If you want something economical, I would suggest you get it, it's one of the best for its price.
Very good mouse, you download the Logitech software and you can customize any setting you want on the macro keys. The only downside is that it is quite small, I have big hands but I got used to it over time so it's not a problem anymore. It just takes some getting used to.
The low DPI didn't bother me at all, especially if you play first-person shooters, you want low DPI. I usually play with 600-800 DPI and low game sensitivity settings.
For those with relatively small hands, it is just what they need.... Sturdy and durable. It would have been helpful if the buttons were on the sides and if it had more options in the software regarding the RGB theme. It had a glitch the other day, but it quickly disappeared. The DPI is sufficient for all kinds of games and overall, it is just what you need for its price!
I have had it for 4 years. I have thrown it against the wall 40 times out of frustration. It feels nothing.
Comfortable and suitable for left-handed individuals.
It simply has only 7 colors and no effects.
The third one I buy, quite good for its price for gaming. The 6 programmable keys are very helpful (and the previous 2 G300s were changed because the right mouse button switch broke).
I am left-handed and it is the only one that has suited me.. with extra buttons in convenient places.. with 3 modes so you can adjust it according to use.. perfect choice
GUYS, THE BEST MOUSE, NOTHING MORE, GET IT BEFORE IT'S OUT OF STOCK.
The only downside is that it's a bit small.
In terms of aim in games, it's the best, just get it!

The right click started acting up on me!
The only problem I see with this mouse is: what will I do if Logitech stops producing it? I have had it for 5 years, starting from its predecessor (G300, which I bought again), and since then I can't settle for anything else. It comes with Logitech software through which you can adjust the lighting according to the dpi, and the macro buttons it has. The dpi can be changed either permanently or instantly with the appropriate setting (for example, if you are playing a shooter game and want to change the dpi instantly to aim, you simply hold down the dpi button without needing to change profiles). It has internal memory to store the settings on the mouse itself, not on the computer, so even if you take it to another PC, it will play with the same settings. If you like medium-sized symmetrical mice (and at a good price), I think this is one of the top choices, if not the top.
Although it was released before RGB became a trend, so Logitech does not officially provide it in their software, there is a script on the internet that with a simple copy-paste can make the colors roll with fade.
+Perfectly symmetrical design for comfortable use with either hand.
+Lightweight and comfortable for extended use.
+Extremely precise in movement and functional on any surface.
+Very good build quality, slightly inferior to the previous generation (G300) which I have been using for over 4 years and is still functioning perfectly. The button clicks and scroll wheel feel unchanged.
+Convenient additional buttons with basic shortcuts even outside of gaming (e.g. back/forward in the browser).
+The scroll wheel has a very good rotation and click feel.
+The main buttons also have a very positive feel that has remained consistent during use (~1 year).

Without being negative, I mention that the scroll wheel has a fairly loud clicking sound that may bother those working in quiet environments.
In summary, the best wired, symmetrical, ergonomic mouse at a price that is worth it for the health of the hand (30-35€).
I have had the mouse for a year and it is quite good.
Positive:
- Comfortable
- Beautiful with nice lighting (controlled by software)
- Has macro keys (6)
- Durable
- Ergonomic design
- Has a good DPI (for FPS games)
- Good price
Negative:
- It is relatively light and small (for someone with large hands)
I recommend it for gaming use but also for office use.
I have had the mouse for 2 years and I am extremely satisfied. It is worth its money and more. I use it for a little bit of everything. It has not suffered any damage and functions like it was brand new.
I must say that before this, I had changed 4-5 mice in about 4 years. In all of them, the scroll wheel would break, make noise (squeak), and over time the buttons wouldn't click properly.
