An unacceptable device from Dell. Very high temperatures only with browsing, battery lasts at most 2 hours with power saving mode on Windows 10.

In the one and a half year, the right click broke, so I had to always use the mouse. I went to the store when 2 years had passed and less than a month, because we had a lockdown and family problems, I said it and they replied that I had to leave it for a few days, with a charge on my own, since the warranty had just expired! I called Dell, they said to do a diagnostic, it didn't solve the problem, I had to send it back for repair! I would rather cut off my hands, by God, than buy Dell again.

Unfortunately, its battery is useless. It lasts for 2 and a half hours on a zoom call, and from a full charge of 100%, it drops to 30%. It needs to be constantly plugged into the socket. I've had it for 2 weeks and I don't know what to do with this specific machine. The usage I have is simple (FB applications, Viber, etc.). Battery life is a very important factor for a laptop, so I consider anything else I mention to be pointless. I will call the store where I bought it and I will get back to you.

2 hours of autonomy, at best. Excessively high temperatures with simple web browsing. The air vent of the fan "blows" the air onto the screen, and combined with the incredible temperatures that the processor reaches, the bottom right corner of the screen burns. After contacting Dell customer service (very helpful) and performing diagnostic tests, the answer I received was exactly what I feared: that it is not a defective product. Therefore, if it is considered a laptop, it is bad. If it is used permanently plugged in, then it is very good, with a decent screen, good speakers, and the ability to add a second RAM and a second storage space.
UPDATE: I switched back to Windows 10 and it clearly shows a longer battery life, even though Windows 11 is considered less power-hungry.
