These headphones are exactly the same as the Arctis Nova 1 from the same company, they just cost more because of the RGB and USB connectivity, which makes the user's life much easier. This is not only a subjective opinion, but you will see many reviews saying exactly the same thing. I will list below the positives and negatives and the reason why I gave them 3/5 stars.
Positives: -The headphones are clearly intended for gaming and especially in games the experience is very nice. Of course, they are also good for music or watching videos, movies, or series, but personally their sound did not satisfy me for these purposes, as their bass for my ear is mediocre to bad.
-The Steelseries GG software really offers endless options and helps you shape the sound as you want, depending on how you use the headphones.
-Very light and do not tire on the head even after hours, as they are made of plastic.
-The biggest positive is their microphone, which is also noise cancelling AI. Its sound is very good and others can hear you very clearly. Really, their microphone is very high quality.
Negatives: -Unfortunately, although they are good for gaming, in other uses I did not find a reason to justify the 90 euros I paid for them. The bass of the headphones does not satisfy me and I notice this particularly in music.
-Their construction is all plastic and I leave a question mark about the durability of the headphones over time. For 90 euros, I would expect a more quality and sturdy construction, as with 90 euros you can now find headsets that are better constructed.
-The RGB is okay for the aesthetic result, but I believe that they exist more to justify the price increase compared to the Arctis Nova 1, as they do not add anything further to the performance of the headphones.
In conclusion: Don't get me wrong, the headphones for gaming are good and comfortable on the head. However, I believe that they do not justify the 90 euros they cost and their price should be around 70-75 euros.
