The waterproof case from the ShellBox IP68 series by Tech-Protect is a durable case specifically designed for your mobile phone. It fully embraces and protects your device 360°, from all edges and sides.
Durable Construction
It features a hybrid construction of TPU silicone and hard polycarbonate PC, materials that make it particularly durable. The anti-slip texture around the case provides a secure and stable grip. Additionally, it has a built-in protector that will safeguard your screen, and it also includes a wrist strap for easy carrying.
Details:
It is designed with a structural frame consisting of two parts and thanks to Snap-On technology, the case seals securely.
The case includes covers on the buttons and ports which protect against dust, dirt, and moisture.
The slightly raised bezel around the camera and screen protects the iPhone 13 Pro Max from flat surfaces.
It has an IP68 certification, which means it is resistant to fresh water without force, up to 1.5m depth and for half an hour of full immersion.
It has undergone military standard tests, falling 26 times from a height of up to 1.2m, thus obtaining the MIL-STD 810G-516.6 certification.
Today I got it for the first time, it looks very good for its price, it fits well on the phone. It takes normal photos as before, with or without flash, no problem, the video sound is recorded normally, you just hear it a little lower through the case and it's logical. I should mention that the front is not glass, but a simple membrane. What bothers me a little is when typing a message, it may be because I'm wearing a protective glass and I have to press harder when typing. The signal is the same as the original leather one I have from Apple, nothing has changed. The buttons all work fine, they just require a little more pressure. I haven't made any calls yet, so I don't know how well they will hear me or I will hear them, but since I took a video and I can hear it clearly, I believe there won't be any issue.
I will come back after a while to tell you if I am satisfied or not.
Edit: 21/2/23 Well guys, the case is amazing, whatever I say is an understatement, it's worth its price and more, it protects the phone very well from water, dust, and anything else. The only "negative" thing is the sound when playing music or videos, you hear it somewhat low, but it's logical since the phone is fully closed and nothing can pass through. Also, I would prefer it to have a protective glass instead of a membrane. Sometimes the camera goes into micro mode on its own, so if you take a lot of photos, I wouldn't recommend it.
