    They're meh at best. they're hard to take off, especially after a workout, these rings will get ripped after a few times, so you'll need to take them off carefully since they have no straps. Also the mesh fabric irritates the skin, and lastly the palm side already started peeling off during the very first use! they're not bad enough to return them but I won't be getting them again.
