I changed 3 headsets this year, first I got the Blackshark V2 Pro 2023, I loved them but they broke after two months, through warranty I got the Logitech G Pro Lightspeed 2, they sounded good but they didn't fit me well, the Arctis Nova Pro that I got now to replace the Logitech fit me perfectly, incredible software, from the DAC you can control some functions of the software and the headset, about the battery yes okay, when they run out you change them but they could do something better in terms of autonomy, the ANC does a really good job to the point that I need the sidetone on to be able to hear the tone of my voice. I was extremely satisfied even though their price is quite steep.

Great headphones.. the microphone might need something better. Now, about isolation. Many complain about noise. These headphones have 6 microphones, 4 perimeter and 2 internal ones which are the speakers. To capture external noises, meaning if someone knocks on your door, you will hear it. Not because of the "poor insulation" from the microphones, as there is a setting to close the microphones. Personally, I leave them open because that's how I know what's happening around me. The sound is quite satisfactory compared to the Arctis Pro Wireless I had before. It's the right sound so as not to deafen you. The bass is also of good quality. The construction is great. The battery lasts a long time. Because it has 2 batteries that you change whenever the one in the headphones runs out and it charges from the DAC. Overall, they are worth their money for a premium product. If you have any other questions, send me a message and I will answer you to the best of my knowledge.

I have changed several headphones, personally I believe it is the best headset purchase I have made. It has settings for almost all popular games, the sound is incredible and you can hear everything. It connects to the mobile phone and lasts for hours of use. I charge the battery every 3 days with 8 hours of daily use.

these are trash. Microphone at a 20 Euro level. The sound is good but not for a 300 Euro headset. The ANC they claim to have is a gimmick. Get the Sony H9 instead if you're looking for something like this. For the same money, it's better to get a separate Dac/Amp (which will last you forever) and a headset in the range of 100-150 Euros, and you will be more satisfied. Comfort is a tragedy. They are heavy and the battery adds extra weight. Also, the weight distribution and clamping force are very poor, especially if you wear glasses.

I had the HyperX Cloud Core 2. I bought them a long time ago on sale for under 100 euros. I decided to put my hand in my pocket and see if it's worth buying headphones that cost around 350. Without bothering too much, I will summarize what I liked and what I didn't like, as well as my final evaluation. First of all, I should note that they lack sound isolation compared to the isolation provided by the HyperX headphones. In other words, if you have people in your house and there is noise, the sound will pass through the headphones and won't be covered. Now, in terms of architecture, they are similar to the HyperX. The bass and midrange sound perfect. The digital program provided by the company to give you a more open soundstage (spatial audio) is quite bad, so it's better to stick with the included DAC and not use the digital software. The sound leakage is intense, which is the worst part because not only can you hear what others are saying, but they can also hear what you are watching or playing. The headphones have removable caps on the left and right sides to change the design or color, and the microphone has very good quality for recordings if you make videos or play with friends. The microphone doesn't detach but can be stored inside. I wouldn't recommend these headphones for outdoor use as they are not convenient, and you wouldn't make use of the included DAC. The DAC works like a sound amplifier, like a small external sound card, and it does a pretty good job. It should be noted that the headphones move on the head if you move a lot and if you don't press them. The headphone case doesn't fit everything properly, only the headphones, so if you want to take them with you to your vacation home, you will have a problem.

    In conclusion:

The SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro is a very good gaming headset. Thanks to its DAC (small sound card), you can connect it to your console or computer and adjust everything through the DAC during your gaming sessions. These headphones have a moderate fit, suitable for long gaming periods, and the microphone ensures that your teammates can hear you clearly. Were they worth 350 euros? No. Because their software on the computer is unacceptable, they easily move on the head if not pressed, and most importantly, their sound isolation is of 50-60 euro headphone quality and worse than the HyperX headphones I had. And as if that's not enough, everything can be heard by those around you at night. These are my thoughts, and I hope I helped, as the price is very high, and I know that most people don't have that much money to spend on headphones. As a piece of advice, to avoid disappointment like mine, buy headphones for 100-150 euros with a good sound card.

I know that negative comments and bad reviews are always unpleasant. I have had previous models and decided to get these because of the noise canceling feature.

The previous series is flawless, I still use them.

Now, this nova - I have to tell you, I bought them as soon as they were released by the same company, and I returned them because the sound quality is terrible.

So bad that you simply can't play. I still don't know what the problem is, but I spent 10 days testing and working with the steelseries support and achieved nothing.

In detail, the noise canceling is terrible compared to the sonic, for example. They use a small additional speaker on top of the other one and it protrudes like a nose inside the headphones.

The ear cushions are not compatible with the old ones, they are difficult to remove (I couldn't remove them), and there are no alternatives - so you are forced to use the ones they come with, which are made of leatherette - the result is that your ear gets burned in the summer! They are not cool, in other words, quite the opposite.

The battery is also not compatible with the previous one, which means that the additional batteries from the previous model don't work, if you have them, of course.

The screen never turns off - and as known, after a while it will permanently display what it shows...

However, all of this doesn't matter.

What matters is that the decoder for some reason produces a blurry sound in games.
A blurry sound that can't be fixed, not even with an equalizer.

If you listen to music that you don't know, you won't notice it - you only notice it in a game where you no longer hear the environment naturally - but it lacks clarity.

If you connect it with a cable to another decoder, it's okay.

I believe that because it has a very high bit rate and sample rate and only 2 options, it can't be properly supported by the PC.

I had the worst experience with these headphones - countless tests - I wish this problem was only happening to me.
