  We bought the shoes for my son's training. We bought them for 43 euros. We bought them at the end of October and when the humidity started in the atmosphere (because we live in a place with intense humidity), the child started coming home after an hour of training with wet shoes and socks on the front and underneath. They are not torn or damaged. I did not get any help from the store owner where I bought them. He didn't even agree to replace them. He said that the shoe is not waterproof and that all shoes absorb moisture or water, that it can sweat, that moisture passes through the tongue, and generally anything that can underestimate your intelligence. I contacted Joma Hellas and heard the same thing through brief procedures. The only thing they can do, they say, is to report it to the company. Very bad after-sales service. On the other hand, all I can do is not give Joma a single euro again. I still wonder how a shoe that is for turf (it is a grid, it doesn't have studs), which is made of plastic and does not absorb water or soil, can possibly leak water and not be waterproof. I also wonder and asked them, but I did not receive an answer, how it is possible for these specific shoes to have been bought from the same store, but the feet of two other kids who go to the same team at the same time are dry, since according to the store owner and the company, all shoes leak.
