How it works
Brush your teeth and floss.
Use the shade guide to determine your current tooth shade. Apply a thin line of gel to the mouth tray(s) and spread it. Elite Kit: Insert the mouth trays into your mouth, turn on the LED light, and place it in front of your teeth. / Xpress Smile: Attach the LED light to the mouth tray and press the white button to activate it. Wear the tray(s) for 10 minutes (Xpress Smile Kit) or for 20-35 minutes (Elite Kit). Remove the tray(s) and rinse your mouth with water.
