Description
Divisible-detachable pasta and pastry machine from the top Italian designer and producer MARCATO, model ATLAS 150. The machine's frame is made of chrome-plated steel for maximum durability over time, while the cutters are made of anodized aluminum alloy to prevent the release of harmful metallic residues into the dough.
It features a crank with a metal handle for ease of use, a clamp that attaches to the table or kitchen counter for greater stability, and a 10-level dough thickness regulator for thicknesses from 4.8mm (level 0) to 0.6mm (level 9), while it can produce sheets with a width of 15 centimeters.

In the larger model "Atlas 180" (180mm dough width), you don't find the extras as easily as in this specific one. You need a brush to clean it after each use, which is not included. Very easy to use, clean, and store (I recommend keeping it in its box to avoid dust accumulation, i.e. do not throw away its original packaging). Marcato also has several videos on YouTube showing how to make dough for fresh pasta, and the whole process using this machine, as well as how to clean it. After making fresh pasta with the Marcato 2-3 times, you won't want to eat packaged pasta again. Within 1.5 hours - including the waiting time they need - you will be eating, as they only require boiling for 4-5 minutes. With this machine, I make pasta for 4 people (fettuccine or noodles or ravioli) in 20 minutes (rolling and cutting). Very convenient and of excellent quality metal construction!
