Use them after a week....
Their negatives are that even if you have 3.5 connected to a device, you cannot have both wireless communication at the same time. Either one or the other. So even though it has 3 connection options (wired-bt-2.4GHz), only one can be used at a time.
The ANC is zero in mine and the battery lasts for 16 hours (1 8-hour for 2 days) of use for me at most, with above average sound intensity and active RGB and ANC.
Also, the sound intensity when connected to 2.4GHz is like the middle level of intensity through BT and wired connection.
Finally, to configure it, you have to connect it only with the 2.4GHz dongle, configuration cannot be done with BT, and of course, this is done through the Alienware Command Centre, which is not the most user-friendly software.The good things about it are the sound, build quality, application, Passive NC, and their design, which of course is a matter of taste.
update: 2 months later, the bluetooth function does not work at all (only the wifi dongle function) and there are random noises coming from nowhere. Maybe I was unlucky. I requested a replacement. So from 4 stars, I'm giving it 3 stars.
update2: the new headphones, after the replacement of the original ones, are okay and the malfunctions mentioned in the previous update do not exist in these
