Having secondary amenorrhea, my experience is of a different nature but I consider it important to share. I have been taking it continuously for at least 2 months twice a day. The first time my cycle did not return, the second time (now) it is returning.. In both cases, I initially felt a balance within me, noticeably less hair loss, nails and skin less reactive..
