I would like to ask if a person with a thyroid problem can take it. Because I saw in the ingredients that it contains spirulina.

It helped me a lot, I will buy it again, few side effects in the first few days but then my dizziness and fatigue disappeared.

It does a great job because it has 85mg, but unfortunately the tablet is huge and not easy to swallow at all!!!

As an iron supplement, it is effective. I take it on a full stomach and I had no discomfort, but I prefer the packaging that contains 1 tablet per day (30 tablets), while the one I purchased (60 capsules) requires taking 2, which is not as convenient. Unfortunately, the usage difference is not indicated in the description on the label.

This specific formulation is fully absorbed by the body due to its composition.

For me, it is the only iron supplement that had results without side effects and in a short period of time, while I have tried many. My wife uses them. Clearly much better tablets compared to regular iron ones. Take them for one (1) month. Then as needed. Check based on Fe and ferritin levels. She had tried almost all the brands from the pharmacy. She started it after a recommendation from a family friend. This is the third time she has purchased it. It should not be taken for a long period of time, as iron becomes toxic to the body. The rest, I rated accordingly.

Great constipation..requires 200-300mg of iron daily to increase hematocrit and ferritin stores and not just a pill that the box writes..awesome product in ingredients and proportions..

One of the best products I have tried to increase my iron levels, which were very low. Effective product, but it caused me intense bloating. However, I don't think it applies to everyone because I generally have sensitivity. I waited for a while and then felt much better!!
