In the beginning, it worked quite well. (I do not take into account the continuous connections and disconnections it makes if you do not use it for a short period of time) Now, after approximately 1 year of operation, it does not work properly. You click once and it does 5-6 on its own. It does not function correctly when you hold down the left click to drag the cursor and it does it 10 times to catch one. The worst Microsoft mouse so far.

It doesn't "respond" to clicks. I had it for a while but it doesn't work when it needs detail. Coming from Logitech, this one will go for recycling. Harsh comment indeed, but when you do simple office work, you expect better quality compared to "ancient" mice that worked better.

It is convenient to hold, it doesn't tire my wrist, it has immediate response to movement and clicks, the only negative is the disconnections, but I believe it is worth its money.

The mouse that I both hate and love at the same time, I got the mx master 3 to replace it but I ended up going back to it, not because of its capabilities but because of its design, it's the only one that I don't have problems with my wrist no matter how much I use it. Now, for everything else, it's wrong, from the scroll wheel to the clicks, back button, etc., I use it because it's the only one that doesn't hurt my wrist and doesn't make my fingers numb

If we exclude the relatively frequent disconnections (they do not pose a problem in use, but you understand them), everything else is satisfactory (good quality mouse/ moderate to quiet "click" noise). I have been using it on a laptop (Bluetooth 4.1) for almost a month and not for work. I think if someone wants it for continuous use or for work, it will create some minor issues with the disconnections. For browsing/ using on a laptop, it's fine... I don't know what connectivity it would have on a desktop or other devices in general.

It could be a really good mouse because:

the keys don't make much noise
the back is high for the wrist (modern design trend)
it has a programmable side button
which is also a touch sensor (even though it doesn't take commands with the tab key)
    it is quite lightweight
the rubber around it feels very nice
    it is beautiful

    but
it disconnects daily for a few seconds, even 2 times within the 8-hour period.
It freezes completely, as even the vibration of the touch sensor on the side button stops.

I tried various bluetooth drivers, computers, USB and bluetooth settings, but nothing.

The mouse is excellent! Sturdy and comfortable. I recommend it for casual browsing and household use, but I don't think it's suitable for gaming! Regarding disconnections, it doesn't apply when it's turned on and the computer is turned on, you just need to press the Bluetooth button once, which is located above the power switch!

I have it for a few months and I use it daily for many hours due to work, and it's great. It works on all surfaces, you can program the buttons, and it's comfortable.

Comfortable, medium to large size to fit the palm and "position" for the thumb. It has never disconnected from the laptop, it doesn't lag (I don't think there are many problematic parts, as I can see from the other reviews, either the user is to blame or the computer), it can be connected to mobile phones/tablets, the scroll wheel goes right/left and can be pressed, it has a start button for Windows (you can also drag it up and down). Generally, it has many functions (which can be managed from the Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center), the battery lasts a long time (if you don't use it for a while, it goes into sleep mode and takes half a second to wake up), normal response, it is bluetrack, not laser, so it works on all surfaces. I have had it for a year and it seems quite durable. The price is really good.

I bought this specific product based on positive recommendations and trust in the company. Unfortunately, it turned out to be much worse than I expected. The frequent disconnections make it unusable. Also, the inaccuracy in the display is a negative aspect. On the positive side, its appearance is good. I returned it.

I consider it a big failure. It lasted only 2 years and often lost connection with the computer's Bluetooth. Especially for its price and manufacturer, you expect something much better!

15 months passed. It looked nice, heavy as I wanted, fit nicely in my hand, created expectations... However, like others I saw, it often lost Bluetooth connection and you had to have the patience (which I had) to close and reopen it, plus from a certain point on the buttons started malfunctioning and sometimes you had to press them 3-4 times to work or press once and it registered 2-3 clicks together... I informed the store where I bought it, they told me to contact Microsoft, who in turn responded that it will be replaced for free but it will take 4-6 weeks. 29 days have passed and I haven't received it yet. Obviously, I was too lazy to wait and I bought a new mouse from another company.

I have been using this specific mouse for about 1 year.
I chose it because of my trust in the Microsoft name and because it was supposed to be comfortable in the hand, but it turned out to be the most unacceptable mouse I have ever used.
It constantly disconnects and every approximately 10 minutes, you have to uninstall and reinstall it for it to work.
It is very heavy and tires the hand.
Also, its batteries run out incredibly fast.
Anyone who wants to waste their money can buy it.
I do not recommend it at all

It is very good. Through the Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard application, you can change the button usage and use them as you like. It works with Bluetooth, so you keep a USB port free, which is especially important for laptops with few ports. I am satisfied, except that once in a blue moon it suddenly presents a problem. Although I use it for gaming, and even though that is not its intended use, it is very convenient, fast, and the button on the edge is useful when I use it for other purposes.

I have 2 of these and they are very convenient for the laptop!
Right size, they respond correctly and do not occupy a USB port as they connect via Bluetooth.

5 years later, both are still alive but not used continuously.. they continue to be useful

I have this specific mouse for about 2 years and I am very satisfied. Its biggest advantage is the START button which makes using Windows very easy. Its only disadvantage is that sometimes it disconnects, so I have to reconnect it through the Bluetooth settings.

The mouse is one of the best I have ever used, perfect fit in the hand, very good connectivity with the MacBook Pro. I would give it more than 4 stars, but after a year of use, the left button switch (left click) doesn't always work. I hope it has a warranty of more than a year.

The mouse works fine and doesn't need batteries often, but it is very sensitive. Once, I was careless and it fell down and never worked again

Quite good product, with a nice feel in the hand. The only negative is that it does not include a Bluetooth adapter in the package, so if there is not already something pre-installed on the PC, it's better to get one along with the mouse

I bought the above mouse about two months ago for my laptop. I immediately set it up (connected via Bluetooth) but I was immediately disappointed because it would often stop working and I had to reset it again. I did this several times and it started to frustrate me. I immediately informed Microsoft, who promptly served me by sending me an identical one within two days (!!) without any charge. Unfortunately, the new one is also experiencing the same issues and I am at a loss of 38 euros and in search of a new mouse. Microsoft has never accustomed me to such problems. However, when it does work, it is an incredible feeling and the best mouse I have ever held!

The mouse broke a few months later (basically, its buttons had to be pressed 2-3 times to click) and I was tired of the many problems it had with Bluetooth.

If you are looking for a mouse that fits perfectly in your hand, is heavy enough and efficient (especially for Photoshop), then this is the mouse you are looking for. But you will have problems with Bluetooth and don't expect it to last for a long time.
