Unfortunately, it was a very bad choice for weight loss assistance. They do suppress the appetite, but in an unpleasant way. I would take the drops with two glasses of water half an hour before eating. And as soon as I would go to eat, I would feel nauseous. And after several hours of experiencing this feeling, I would feel a terrible need to eat. I believe they negatively affected my metabolism. I used them daily for three months and didn't lose a single gram. I have stopped using them for two months now and I have started losing weight. I do not recommend them to anyone.

One month now and I can't lose weight no matter what, my appetite is through the roof, especially for sweets. For a week, I didn't know how to drink it because it doesn't have any instructions.
