The Oil of Gaïdourángathos is used in its edible form (drinking it, 1-2 tablespoons daily) for the regeneration of new tissues in the liver (together with artichoke oil). 

It regulates the function of the central nervous system. It is used for detoxification, anxiety, epilepsy, insomnia, hemorrhoids, asthma, ulcers, for gallstones as well as kidney stones.

The Oil of Gaïdourángathos is used either on its own or in combination with other base oils for even better results. Finally, it is important to know that base oils are necessary in aromatherapy in order to serve as the "carrier" to which essential oils will be added.
