I got this specific balsam oil after a recommendation for external use. It helped me a lot with hemorrhoids and psoriasis with daily use. I also saw that it is good for the face. It is truly miraculous. Someone can also drink it orally, but it is good to get a doctor's opinion before doing so because if they are taking certain medications for illnesses, they should not drink balsam oil at the same time!
