Το λοιπόν.Αναβάθμιση απο Mi Band 2..Θα μιλήσω όσον αφορά τα δικά μου γούστα και ανάγκες..Έχω πολύ λεπτό καρπό και φοβόμουν να το αγοράσω ονλάιν προτού το δοκιμάσω σε κάποιο κατάστημα αλλά ευτυχώς κάθεται εξαιρετικά σε κάθε χέρι κι είναι πολύ βολικό..Εγώ το ήθελα για το κολυμβητήριο και οι μετρήσεις είναι αξιοπρεπέστατες και μάλιστα αναγνωρίζει αυτόματα το στυλ κολύμβησης!! Δεν είμαι tech maniac και αδιαφορώ για τα άλλα που προσφέρει αλλά αυτές οι εφαρμογές όπως η μέτρηση του ύπνου,του χτύπου της καρδιάς λίγο-πολύ πέφτουν μέσα και αν δεν έχεις τι να κάνεις, περνάει η ώρα σου, όμως όλα αυτά κάνουν την μπαταρία να πέφτει για πλάκα!!
Επομένως προσοχη!!Ο λόγος που δεν έβαλα 5ο αστέρι είναι ότι η φόρτιση κρατάει 1,5 ώρα περίπου και η μπαταρία κρατάει 4-5 ημέρες λόγω μεγαλύτερης οθόνης εκτός αν βάλετε την επιλογή να μη φαίνεται η ώρα αυτόματα με το που γυρίζετε τον καρπό προς τα πάνω παρά να κάνετε ένα tap για να φανεί. Πάντως διάρκεια για 10-15 μέρες όπως υπαινίσσεται η εταιρεία, ούτε καν!
Υ.Γ Στην αρχή έγραψα οτι το ρολόι είναι μόνο για αριστερόχειρες κι έκανα λάθος, απλά ήταν περασμένο στραβά στο λουρί!!
After a year of use, it still works very well. Perfect and waterproof even in the sea. The strap, like all mi bands, broke and I bought a new one. Nevertheless, it still works very well.
For some reason, when disconnected from the phone, it wouldn't let me reconnect. The only way to reconnect was to reset the watch to factory settings. Also, the strap easily came undone, resulting in me losing it the first time I used it in the sea.
Very good for its price, I didn't expect it to have so many applications, to be honest. Oh, maybe buy another strap, I bought another strap and it looks more expensive
I have had it for almost a year, it hasn't had any issues. The battery lasts around 4-5 days with all the measurements activated, including the screen turning on with wrist movement and frequent notifications (I have it set to vibrate and turn on the screen).
It has amazing accuracy in sleep tracking. Now, for measurements like heart rate, etc. I can't know how accurate it is, but I think it does its job. The only thing that has bothered me is that sometimes the weather doesn't update, or when it is updated, it doesn't show UV Index and humidity data, which personally interest me a lot. But usually, when I simply sync it from my phone, it will be updated within 5 minutes
Overall, it is a value for money purchase, it has nothing to envy from the corresponding expensive watches and it is durable. I buy it from the Band 4 series and almost every year I buy the new one. Now it is at a very good level compared to the previous ones
I think that for its price, it is very decent. Because I have thin wrists, it looks beautiful and harmonious on my hand. Personally, I made two additions that I believe greatly upgraded it. I downloaded two free apps
I have had this specific Activity Tracker for almost 15 days, which was mainly purchased for tracking calories in various activities (mainly exercise) and sleep.
I am writing the review without the experience of a different Activity Tracker or Smartwatch, so I refer only to my personal experience.
Design: Quite simple design, without hindering wrist movements (Push ups, playing a musical instrument). The strap provided by Xiaomi, although simple, may not be convenient for small or very thick wrists. The circumference of my wrist is 18 centimeters, giving me moderate comfort. In this case, there is a huge variety of straps for the Smart Band series in various designs, changing its appearance.
Functionality: As mentioned, its use is mainly for measuring calories and sleep quality. I only use the Mi Fitness app, without presenting bugs or anything similar. The measurements it takes are limited to heart rate, calories, and time, without exactly recognizing which exercises you are doing (in freestyle mode). Steps are also counted by arm movement, not by distance traveled or ground slope, unless measured with GPS.
Battery life: Considering that I already have two programs running in the background (including Always On Display), as well as notifications, the Smart Band 7 lasts for 3 days until I recharge it. Charging it is not particularly time-consuming, lasting just one hour. If someone tries to fully utilize it with stress, blood oxygen, or continuous heart rate measurements, it will hardly last more than a day.
Screen: The screen, although AMOLED, is for essential use, while having a wide range of colors.
Customization: This part is limited only to the installed themes, which were sufficient for me without looking into whether I can transfer more.
Durability: The strap did not present any problems, with its resistance to various temperatures not hindering its operation. The screen, on the other hand, shows scratches if not taken care of, although not particularly noticeable.
In summary, as my first Activity Tracker, it does its job effectively, up to its capabilities. Being a budget choice, I have certainly been relatively satisfied with the plethora of features it has, as well as its durability. Below are various links that can help with some questions:

First of all, let's say that for the money it is very honest, it has many functions, a very good screen, it is waterproof, the battery is not as they say, it lasts about 5 days with some measurements, sometimes it may be wrong, the strap is not the best but as we said for the money it costs, it is okay.

Very decent choice for the budget it is aimed at. Xiaomi offers a very reliable option for a cheap but quality solution. Personally, I would mention that I was impressed by the bright screen (more nits) and the touch sensitivity from marginal angles. It also has a strong battery so far, as with a full charge it can last me more than a week with normal use. Now, because some people want to have all the assets of a smartwatch with a much higher value for only 30 euros, they unjustly diminish the product unfortunately...
I bought 2 because the strap easily comes undone and it's only a matter of time before you lose it... I had to replace it within the first month of use because it kept coming undone... Of course, I lost it with the second strap... It's a good band but not worth it if you lose it...
It is exactly what you pay for. You buy a budget smartwatch and it is definitely the best choice you can make. Obviously, the measurements are not excellent, but you get what you pay for. I definitely recommend it for trying out the idea of smartwatches or for measuring steps, heart rate, etc. Its battery is quite small and it can become tiring, and besides its features, it is not aesthetically pleasing (in my opinion).
The oxygen measurement is not very accurate (I have a specialized oximeter), but overall it is a good watch. I bought it for my children and they are quite satisfied.
Coming from the Xiaomi Mi Band 3, I can say that it is a huge upgrade. I use it at the gym, so not intense usage, but just having a colored screen is very nice. It has several functions that I am still exploring. The price is super as I got it for 23 (I had bought the Band 3 for 19 euros when it came out), so I can say it is value for money.

It is a pretty good watch (for its price) but it UNBUCKLES very easily.. it's just a matter of time until I lose it!
I had the 6 for a year and it started to leak water. I now have the 7 for about 2 months. The differences I noticed are that it doesn't automatically activate in the shower like the 6 did, and it has many more skins to change. Other than that, it is similar. Its screen is perfect, the measurements seem fine for the use I make, and the battery lasts about a week (with everything open).
Flawless application, huge battery that lasts for a month without charging. However, the accuracy of the measurements is not that precise, but still worth it. Fully waterproof, you can even take a bath with it, but be careful with swimming as it easily comes unfastened

I don't need to comment anything else. The battery life is 3 days and even without receiving notifications from the phone. What is written in the specifications about battery life is a lie. Whoever buys it should know that it is not an electronic band but an electric one, and it is even wired. More time on the charger than on the hand. I had the 5 and the battery lasted 7-10 days.
I have no opinion on the measurements, I don't look at them. However, I like that when I sit for a long time, it reminds me to move.

This is truly Value for Money. I bought it for my son (almost 7 years old) and he absolutely loves it - I had the Band 2 in the past as well. It has a great battery life like all Mi bands and nice materials. It is customizable with plenty of faces.
The only negative thing is the strap that opens for fun, in my previous model it came off while I was riding a motorcycle.
I bought an aftermarket strap with velcro and everything is fine. Perfect for the money. It does what it promises.
Upgrade from Mi Band 5 which suddenly had a screen failure and couldn't even turn on, after less than two years of use. After researching, I ended up with Xiaomi again because for this price, it is the best value for money you can find. Tremendous improvement in the screen, in terms of responsiveness, resolution, and scrolling. Much better tracking of metrics during exercise and a more intuitive interface in general, with a lot more sports options. Minus one star because the battery life is significantly reduced (barely 10 days).
The only thing I didn't like is that you can't see the history of previous days' sleep, steps, and pai from the watch, but only from the app.
The Xiaomi band does what it promises. Simple, affordable with good quality materials, it definitely cannot be compared to more expensive smartwatches. It has a high value for money.
Personally, I was very satisfied. It was the first band I bought and it covered me with its functions. I believe the measurements were quite close to the real ones, although I didn't have anything to compare them with. Only the heart rate with an electronic sphygmomanometer (they had the same results) and the oxygen with a pulse oximeter that goes on the finger (deviation of one unit). I used it for running and because I was running on a field, the distance it showed me for each kilometer was off by a maximum of 50 meters. The battery was quite good and I used it fully. Specifically, I had the screen set to activate with a touch (not always active), I had set it to not take measurements as often (every 20 minutes, I think, instead of every 5), at least one hour-long workout per day, which supposedly drains a lot of battery, sleep tracking, and finally, I had it constantly connected to my phone (Bluetooth was working). With all of this, it lasted for 6 days. If I left the screen active, I remember it would last around 4 and a half to 5 days. The only negative thing I have to say is that the strap would often come undone. And that's how I lost it while swimming in the sea. It was worth it as a purchase, but I would recommend changing the strap when you notice it coming undone (they are cheap and you can have backups).
Transition from band 6, significant difference in size and quantity of content on the screen, more comprehensive representation on the screen during exercise, much better clarity and brightness on the screen. Accuracy in measurements. The smart wake up alarm is very helpful.
The leap from band 6 to 7 is huge, much greater than the corresponding leap from band 5 to 6
I knew what I was buying. I had the smart band 4 for three years. Very good screen. It needs to be charged twice a month. It is very comfortable and lightweight. The only annoying thing is that if the screen is pressed for a long time, it enters the background change mode.
