    It is really cotton and good quality fabric and elastic. It withstands washing. However, be careful because underwear cannot be returned and because the Chinese usually write, for example, the usual size of Minerva XL (102-107cm) in Chinese 3XL (oversizing). Fortunately, they also write the absolute size in centimeters, so the 3XL has a waist circumference (at the height of the elastic) of 105 cm. I have a waist circumference (in the area of the elastic) of 98 cm and the size 3XL fits me perfectly without being too wide. So I needed about 3 sizes larger than Minerva, which I was Minerva L (N4). P.S. In the photo I attach a size chart from Uomo. I have a waist circumference as I wrote 98 cm, classified me in 2XL, but my correct size in practice is 3XL.
