The worst purchase I have ever made. The house is 50 square meters. We bought a 9000 BTU for the bedroom which is 10-12 square meters. In the first heatwave of June, it was pure torment. It does nothing. Fan on turbo, at 18 degrees the air conditioning, along with 2 fans and it doesn't cool at all. And I'm saying this as someone who is bothered by the cold from the air conditioning and complains to turn it off. I really don't know what else to do, I played with the blinds, in all positions, nothing...

The technician who installed it said that in 2-3 years, sendo will be the first name in air conditioners. It has all the good features that a modern air conditioner offers at a very tempting price. It connects to WiFi very easily if the frequency is at 2.4 GHz. If you have both frequencies (2.4 and 5 GHz), they need to be separated with different names so that it can connect to 2.4. This can be done by requesting it from your internet provider. The dealership provides immediate assistance over the phone. Finally, if I were to buy an air conditioner again, I would buy it with my eyes closed. Needless to say, I highly recommend it.

It is completely silent and I really see some comments about noise from some people and I am sure that the installation was not done correctly or they got a faulty product... I recently purchased it in July 2022 and I have been impressed with its cooling performance, as for heating, I will have an opinion later. I use it in a 35 sq.m open space and in 10 minutes on turbo mode, it has frozen when the outside temperature is 37-38 degrees Celsius. The rest of the house (20 sq.m) cools down in half an hour.
However, what impressed me greatly is that it has a sleep mode option where you can't hear anything at all and it provides a very satisfactory coolness.
It is quiet both inside and outside. I highly recommend it. The dealership contacted me electronically after activating the warranty and asked if I am satisfied with the machine.

Purchased in May to cover a 32 square meter space, the living room of the apartment with relatively good insulation, double glazing, not energy-efficient frames but not for throwing away. Since the house is under repair, I haven't used it much, but in tests I saw that it performs very well in both cooling and heating. I have used it several times now that I am doing work indoors, at 24 degrees in 5 minutes the space is pleasantly cool and even without closing the internal doors and isolating the room, if I close them, I set it to 26 because I feel cold. As soon as I turn it on, it starts almost immediately and within 30 seconds the outdoor unit has also started. The outdoor unit is quiet, the indoor unit makes a couple of noises at startup and then stops. I read various negative reviews, most people make the mistake of buying a machine that is smaller than what is required for their space and then complain that it doesn't perform well. Proper installation is also very important, meaning the length of the pipes between the units should be at least three meters, because the cooling or heating cycle is carried out with the refrigerant constantly evaporating and condensing in a continuous state of change. If the pipes are too short, the whole process is not completed correctly, resulting in reduced efficiency, and also the installer must have performed a vacuum and not just air purging. Most installers try to save money on everything, from copper to brackets and tie wraps, so they want to cut corners. If you pay attention to these things, you won't have any problems. I am very satisfied with the money I spent.

Owner of the 12000BTU model.
Installed in the master bedroom.
It has only been used for cooling from late May until today. Starting with performance. It works fine. In cooling for the room, which is not big of course, it cannot handle temperatures below 25°C. The climate becomes humid. Of course, compared to a toyotomi izuru 12, which I bought 10 months ago for the living room, I feel that it lacks in cooling quality. Anyway. A big plus is that in turbo mode (noisy), it sends a strong airflow into the room, covering even the front blinds, front porch in front of the AC installation area.
Beautiful exterior, with an easy and simple to use remote control. In auto mode, the noise levels are fine in general. For absolute silence, there is a silence option, which of course sacrifices some performance. Similarly, the noise from the external unit is slightly louder than the toyotomi (they are side by side) but tolerable. What stood out to me is the app. Excellent and useful. It beats any other app I have seen from other companies so far, hands down.
Negative. From day 1, in specific positions where I lock the blinds, there is a loud creaking noise. I don't know if it only happens to me. Essentially, I can't put the blinds in certain positions because of this. Quite a fail. In the end, is it worth it? Yes. If you consider that you are buying a 12 AC with good appearance, performance, features, and a WiFi app for €350, it's a deal. Otherwise, you go for bigger, more well-known brands and spend €100+.

In the heating test, the AC is a disaster. I have to set it at 28°C to reach the temperature that the toyotomi gives me at 21°C in a double-sized room. After a technician's visit. And €30 poorer. The AC was found to be functioning normally. No issues were detected in its operation. When asked why I have better performance in the adjacent room with the toyotomi, even with twice the square footage, the technician clearly stated that the two air conditioners cannot be compared. In short, you get what you pay for. The conclusion is as follows.
