Today, as our love has diminished, because it has cooled from our sins and we all suffer, these Ascetics are a ray of sunshine in the fog, a warmth in the cold, a hope in a desperate people, who seek their lost path and purpose, which is none other than our Lord Jesus Christ. They, with their simplicity, have found the way that leads to eternal life and show it to us through their virtuous lives, for us to follow.

This volume G of "Ascetics in the World" contains twenty-four biographies; eight of the biographed were married priests, nine were simple and illiterate women, and the remaining seven were men.
May we have their blessing and be worthy to love, as they love God, and make our faith a lived experience. Amen.
