If you have extra pounds, the XXXL (which is the largest size) may not fit you or may cause you discomfort. As for washing, it is preferable to hand wash rather than using the washing machine, in order to make it last longer. Finally, it is good to wear a t-shirt underneath the sweatshirt, as it is tight and may cause irritation in the armpits from friction. 06-06-2024 Well, the product is effective but it doesn't have a long duration due to the quality of the materials.
