The protein has a significant percentage that becomes a lumpy sediment that no matter how much you mix it, it doesn't dissolve. The taste is tolerable but I wonder what problem you will have if you drink this "mud" every day. I wouldn't buy it again, I didn't even consume the one I bought.

The truth is that I bought it twice. At first, I liked it because it has a very earthy taste. Personally, it reminds me somewhat of unsalted American peanuts (if that helps). But!
