My mother got it (damn the time) and I was assembling it yesterday. Terrible quality, only problems... Well, after a wrong shipment from the store and a return, they sent the next one assembled. It arrived broken, they sent a second one (third set) for me to assemble. Where to start...... The pieces in the box were almost all damaged and filthy...... Dirt as if they took them straight from the factory and just threw them in, the screws and the rest were all loose in the box..... The damages are on the large outer pieces that can't be hidden, the corners are so beaten that you can see the particle board no matter what you do. So I took the previous broken one to disassemble and chose the best pieces from each to avoid disgrace.... The assembly they did was terrible, important things for stability were missing, you see a mark for a hole and the screw is 1 centimeter away, not even that is right. Fortunately, it happened this way and (maybe) it won't break while we're sitting on it. "Maybe" because it's also poorly designed statically, it won't hold a heavy person like my father if he sits down with a little momentum so low. Overall, little quality, whatever exterior isn't damaged looks nice, as does the cushion. Whatever interior is soft plastic or cheap old boards..... My mother got tired and doesn't want to return it after so much hassle, I would ask for my money back without a second thought. It's not worth it, don't even think about it, I'm saving you effort, time, and quite a bit of wasted money
