Predecessor of the razer hammerhead true wireless and compared to the AirPods 2 pro and the anker space a40, and owner of the momentum for ten months. The momentum is a pair of earbuds with bass that you can feel and clarity that excites (in a wireless earbud), the Spatial Audio is average. The transparency mode is commendable but not at the level of the AirPods Pro 2, with the AirPods you feel like you're not wearing earbuds when you talk, while with the momentum you hear yourself a little more. It should be noted that the app allows you to adjust the intensity of the transparency. I have tested the noise cancellation on an airplane and it is moderate, it does the job but it doesn't completely eliminate the sound, it just turns it into a "non-annoying" scenario. One scenario where it struggles is when you're listening to a podcast and people are talking relatively close to you (with noise cancellation on), it doesn't cut out much of the background noise. In scenarios where you're playing music through the earbuds and there's noise outside, they perform much better, for example at the gym it's not an issue at all, but overall, they perform much better wherever music is playing. The battery life is good enough that I forget when I last charged them (although I don't wear them continuously for many hours). The app is user-friendly and practical, as are the controls. One relative "user" problem is the size of the case, which is very inconvenient in the pocket. In terms of comfort, they have four options of ear tips so you can find what suits you, due to their design and material, they don't feel as lightweight as the AirPods in the ear, after all, they are made of aluminum. And to conclude, they are far superior to the AirPods 2 pro in terms of sound, bass sensation, and build quality, but inferior in transparency, noise cancellation, pocket comfort, and possibly ear comfort.
I read so many comments and I honestly don't know what you're saying. Honestly, I can't understand the difference in sound compared to a 20 euro one. I listened and tried many settings and variations, but still nothing. And besides that, they have many interruptions on Spotify
5 stars for the sound and one for the device. They lasted exactly one year for 250 euros. Unacceptable for such a company, I have also owned previous models and had issues with the touch, but these 3 are unacceptable. The left earphone is dead and no matter how much I charge the case, it will never show green that it is charged. Just before it does that, it shows the green which means 100% battery, and after 3 hours of headphone use, after they go into the case to charge, in one charge of the headphones, the case battery was depleted. Unacceptable!
Extremely good headphones with amazing sound quality... I come from Bang & Olufsen Beoplay EQ and I can say that the sound of Sennheiser, in my personal opinion, is better! Completely satisfied!
For their price, I don't know if they are worth it.. okay, they have slightly better sound, although I struggle to understand compared to cheaper ones that I have, but okay.
But with headphones of the same or even slightly lower price, there is no difference. The comparison was made with various genres of music.
However, in terms of the distance between the phone and the headphones, it's tragic. In a ship engine room, with €15 headphones, they play everywhere, they have been washed 3-4 times and they play non-stop.. the Sennheisers in a gym, with direct contact with the phone at 6 to 7 meters, forget it. (I don't know if there is a Bluetooth signal restriction for protection)?
I just don't know if it's worth the price difference... I hope I'm wrong.
And after 8 months, somewhere, the case charges but not the headphones. Also, the left one is dead.

The Bose simply cannot compete with either the Sennheiser or the Sony.
In terms of ANC, they are great and cover me well. Okay, the Sony is better but it doesn't bother me.
You don't buy the Sony or the Sennheiser for phone calls... for that, you go for AirPods or something else.
As soon as I took them out of the box, I updated to the latest firmware that now provides multipoint and better EQ settings. Now I'm waiting to see how they perform over time because there have been many reports online about issues with their QC, such as charging problems with one of the earbuds, music distortion, etc. I hope everything goes well.
Either way, in case something goes wrong, I have a warranty with immediate replacement

In general... excellent.
Tight and intense bass without being tiring, detailed mids and beautiful highs with incredible volume for their size without any distortion. A small "surgery" in sound. Easily impresses.
Simply surpassed the Sony WF-1000XM4B in sound quality for me in a 1:1 test under the same conditions (which I didn't like in terms of comfort in my ears) and of course miles away from my previous Airpods PRO (Gen 1).
Great battery, beautiful case, and the rest that you will read in their description. Good ANC (not perfect) and good microphone.
Extremely lightweight and ideal for extended use.
Good app and continuous updates so far at least (iOS).
NAKAS: Authorized Sennheiser dealer for 30 years with seriousness as far as I know.
Everything perfect? Almost..
Cons:
- Price: It's somewhat expensive... maybe a drop of about 15-20% would bring it to more reasonable levels compared to the competition.
- Microphone: Could have been slightly better in terms of wind and ambient noise during conversations (improves somewhat with the app).
- Production line issues (possibly): The first set came with a dead right earbud (the LED didn't even light up), which has disappointed hundreds of people worldwide from what I read (including me, obviously, having to change to black due to availability). The store replaced them immediately.
- EQ... a joke (probably ruins the sound).
- Takes some time to get used to the touch controls, which are quite sensitive to touch.
- 45 minutes to update the firmware initially (!).
After that, everything went smoothly.
Durability over time: Time will tell...
If you mainly want it for music, I don't think there is a better option in terms of price on the market right now. Get it with your eyes closed.
Update-4 months later:
- The known issues with Bluetooth, buzzing, reconnections, etc. not constant but several times, almost sent it for service when one earbud played 50% lower for no reason.
Multiple resets but nothing...
Finally, the issue is with the mesh on the earbud and the ear tip, just remove the ear tip and press it (mine had lost the adhesive that holds it!) with a q-tip and fix the ear tip properly, the problem is solved 99% of the time.
Unacceptable for the price it is.
The app has some issues and the ANC is just average (and buzzes sometimes).

I have tried many tws, such as the well-known wf-1000xm4, which all sites say are the best, etc. I bought them twice and sold them both. The ones I had before, the momentum and the galaxy buds pro, I thought there were no better ones. As soon as I got the momentum, I realized I was wrong. They are the perfect headphones. Sound, fit in the ear, comfort, noise cancellation, etc., everything is excellent. If they improve the mobile application a little, they will be even better. They are definitely worth their money, although they are very expensive.
The headphones are almost flawless. I mainly use the headphones for music at the gym but also at home. They have a great fit with the wing tips they provide and they don't fall out of my ears at all (I use large wings and ear tips). The sound is excellent. They have a bit more bass but without losing in the mids or highs, which is great. They sound very good in all genres of music and mainly very clear. You enjoy listening to music. No distortion no matter how much you increase the volume (which is more than enough). Usually, 80% volume is fine. I've been looking for great headphones to impress me with music for years and I finally found them. I have tried the Sony 1000xm4 and they are clearly inferior to the Sennheiser. As for the features (ANC transparency mode, etc.), I haven't tested them enough to give an opinion. As soon as I opened them (I will explain what I mean by the second pair in a bit), they immediately updated to the new firmware and now they have multipoint connection, which unfortunately I haven't tested yet. Lastly, I would like to say a few words about the Sennheiser representation in Greece, which is none other than NAKA. Unfortunately, when I bought the headphones, the right one was completely dead, the LED light that indicates connection didn't even turn on. It was a defective product. Having read many reviews about representations in Greece for various products, where people couldn't get any help and had a lot of trouble, I was desperate. HOWEVER, the people at NAKA (the representation) were very helpful (even though I had bought the product from another store). I went there the next day, they saw the issue and within one day they replaced it with a new one, which they sent to me at their own expense! They were truly professionals, well done to them. The second pair, as I mentioned above, works perfectly. ALSO, I want to inform you that NO pair of headphones can be returned to any store, no matter where you bought it from, you have to contact the representation of the manufacturer if you encounter any problem, even within the first 14 days when all products can be returned. It is stated in the terms of purchase when you check the box on the website. I hope I didn't bore you, I just wanted to share my experience because many people are not aware of all this, just like I wasn't.
I was torn between the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3 and the Sony WF-1000XM4 without having listened to either of them. In the end, I chose the Sennheiser solely because I wanted to experience that "faithful to the recording" sound.
Personally, I completely agree with the comments about their sound, that it leans more towards faithful reproduction rather than impressive or sweet sound. This may be ideal for some, but for others, the sound may ultimately feel a bit "dry" or monitor-like.
In my opinion, the headphones are exceptional. The more I use them, the more I want to listen to my entire music collection from the beginning! There have been countless times where I catch myself hearing details for the first time in songs that I've listened to countless times! The only thing I would like is a more extended low range with more volume.
The positives:
- Incredibly dynamic sound! At high volumes, it makes me feel like I'm listening to a good PA system!
- Transparent across all frequencies and volumes
- At maximum volume, the sound remains exactly the same, and the word "distortion" is completely unknown to them

The negatives:
- I found the 3 Band EQ completely useless (increasing the bass reduces the volume in the other frequencies...) compared to the EQ on my POCO F3 mobile phone, which has 7 bands and much better sound control.
- The Bass Boost does what it says, but it has a slight impact on the mid and high frequencies, making the sound more laid back.
- Relatively tight bass
- The case is bulkier compared to several similar headphones, e.g., Samsung, JBL, etc., although personally, it doesn't bother me.
246 Euros, better to burn them. Yes, they have "good sound" but everything else is garbage, they don't connect whenever they want (even though I'm disconnected from all other devices), they don't charge whenever they want, even if you clean the connectors with a brush and leave them charging all night.
You update the application's firmware and they stop working every time they go to sleep and you have to do a system restore.
These are my first true wireless, and they make me never want to think about Bluetooth again. 246 euros and you pay for everything in battery, microphones, and touch sensors. Adding more problems than they solve.
My next ones will definitely be wired iems.
The damn things make you reminisce about the good old times with the huge hi-end speakers you used to blast AC/DC on and crank up the volume just to hear the whole band in your ears. I don't know, guys, about conversations and stuff, but the sound took me back 10 years ago when music was quality. I know they're expensive, yeah, even though my son says he doesn't know because AirPods and Beats are trendy. They don't sell you seaweed for ribbons, they sell you exactly that, quality music and nothing else
I went for Sennheiser earbuds because I am satisfied with my HD650 wired headphones.
Connectivity:
They connect instantly to my phone as soon as I take them out of the case. Only a few times did I need to put them back in and take them out again to reconnect, which might be their only downside, but it doesn't take away from their performance. It's mainly a software issue rather than a hardware one, and with a couple of future updates, it will be fixed. They don't have any lag because they operate on the aptX adaptive standard, which has a latency of around 60-70ms, easily passing the lip sync test.
Call quality:
I can hear and be heard very clearly. The microphone is not noise-canceling, but even with background noise, the person I'm talking to can hear me comfortably, although they can also hear the noise from my surroundings, but it doesn't cause any confusion.
Sound:
The bass and midrange sound impressively good for earbuds and almost flawlessly accurate. Instruments are detailed, vocals are clear, and overall the sound is very clean and doesn't distort even at high volume. The high frequencies don't sound good on their own, but this can be easily fixed with the EQ in the app, bringing them in line with the rest of the frequencies. After all, what matters is their ability to reproduce the intended frequency regardless of how they are tuned from the factory. The volume is also very loud and can't be tolerated at 100% for too long. Maybe up to 80% for someone who wants to listen to a song loudly, for example, but somewhere around 70-60%.
Features:
ANC: I tested it on a crowded ship with the noise from the engines. I couldn't hear anything else when I have it on and I'm watching or listening to something, it feels like I'm alone.
Transparency mode: It transfers voices to the ear as if you're hearing them with your own ears without any distortion in the voices of those around you, and it even auto-pauses whatever is playing at that moment, whether it's music or a YouTube/Netflix video, etc. Very useful.
EQ: It only has 3 bars: Bass, Midrange, and Treble. At first, I didn't like it, but in the end, it's very good and doesn't need more bars since Sennheiser has included all the frequencies within the range they represent. So, by adjusting, for example, the bass, all the bass frequencies that Sennheiser has defined as bass are adjusted. My settings are: bass -1, middle 1, treble 3, for anyone who wants to try. There is also a bass boost option for bassheads and a podcast option that emphasizes voices.
Touch controls: They are as sensitive as they should be, and each earbud has 4 functions, all adjustable from the app. 1 tap, 2 taps, 3 taps, and a long press. So, in total, there are 8 different functions, and I don't need to analyze them here.
Battery: I didn't have any problems with the battery life. It lasts over 7 hours on a single charge, and it covers everything I need. They also charge wirelessly and quickly.
Accessories and app:
They are comfortable and don't cause any discomfort even after prolonged use.
They come with 3 eartips: small, medium, and large. I use the large ones, and they seal the ear perfectly, resulting in no loss of quality or volume.
They also have 3 earwings (small, medium, large), which provide additional stability to the fit, so there's no risk of them falling out during activities like running. I use the large ones.
From the most failed purchases I made for the use I want (mainly phones and a little music). When you receive calls and take them out of the case, it takes about 10 seconds to connect, resulting in many times not being able to answer. The phone application is terrible. A notification comes to upgrade and you cross your fingers to connect the headphones to download it. You put them in the case and they are still connected. The case charges from the front, making it difficult to open easily while charging. Many small things that make you frustrated and not appreciate the positives they may have for the money you have paid.

The main problem is a bug in Android 12 with the aptx adaptive codec. It automatically starts playing with any codec you choose and there is interference and clicking sounds. Only if you turn off HD audio and use the SBC codec does it work properly. Even if you change the codec to aptx from developer mode, they still play with aptx adaptive as long as you have them outside and when you put them in the case, aptx adaptive returns.
Sound is excellent for wireless earbuds when playing with aptx. Nothing special with SBC.
The problem exists on various phones like Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, OnePlus 9 Pro, Oppo Find X3 Pro, etc.
If the bug with aptx adaptive is fixed, then 5 stars.
Google your phone model before purchasing to see if the problem exists.
Edit 18/06/2022: The latest update, version C.60 of Android 12, solved the problem.
Edit 27/06/2022: They stopped automatically connecting when they are put in their case after the latest app update. It's a shame that such bad software ruins such good hardware.
Edit 15/11/2022: Everything is fine with a significant delay. Now everything works perfectly and with the latest update, we have additional Hi-res 96/24 audio and, most importantly, multipoint connectivity.

Today, they were acquired due to replacement by the Momentum True Wireless 2. So far, only positive aspects, but time will tell. So, compared to the 2, the 3 have the following advantages:
- Slightly better sound in terms of clarity and bass, and significantly increased volume (since they also have the option of bass boost), despite having the same frequency range and sensitivity in dB.
- Finally, they support wireless charging (a major absence in the 2, even though wireless charging is offered by headphones in the price range of 80-100€).
- Much more comfortable in the ear, as the 2 were slightly large and caused a slight discomfort after a while.
- Now, when you remove one earbud, you don't need to put it in the charging case for the other one in your ear to continue functioning. You can simply place it anywhere (with the 2, if you removed one, it would pause and not continue playing the music, even if you pressed play).
- Bluetooth 5.2 (for the 3), Bluetooth 5.1 (for the 2).
As for the negatives:
- Lack of high-end sound (although it may be added with a firmware update).
- The multipair point is still missing (perhaps this will be added in a future firmware update).
- The price is a bit high (250€), but they are worth it for what they offer.
Update:
A new firmware update (2.9.10) was released a few days ago, which added the long-awaited new feature, the multipair point, which in my opinion, the headphones should have had from the beginning. Now, they can be connected to up to two devices simultaneously.
