At least for me, it always works.
I don't take it regularly, because I don't have any particular or specific problem.

It is definitely effective for constipation. It does not have the convenience of a pill but it works well and no, it is not a laxative as some say. It does its job gently and effectively.

I have been using it for over a year due to SEEs. It has helped me a lot. I use it once a day. My doctor told me that I don't need more than that, at least in my condition. It lasts me about a month, so I don't consider 10 € per month to be too much for the work it does. Obviously, it hasn't solved my problem, but it helps me keep my system in good condition. I bought it for the "smooth elimination of waste which would happen easily and without effort, pain or irritation" as stated in its description. I took 2 full teaspoons once a day for 2 days and eventually realized (in an unpleasant and painful way) that it is a cathartic/laxative. It did not help me with the reason I bought it for. I would not recommend it to people with hemorrhoids/fissures and definitely not for diarrhea as stated in its description.

The product is simply incredible.. The most important thing is that it regulates the function of the intestine... I always had a problem with the toilet, but with lepicol, everything was solved.. even in a change of environment (e.g. a trip) where I never used to go to the toilet, now I go regularly.. Disgusting but gets the job done. If you don't see a difference, try 2 spoonfuls in the morning and evening. After years, my gut was regulated.

Yes, it does help somewhat with constipation, but the taste and feeling are terrible, like rocks in water... But what is more important is that it does not help with IBS sufferers. The sensitive intestine does not respond to these supplements. So you are simply spending money on something that if you don't continue, you will just return to constipation and a vicious cycle with IBS. At least they should lower the price... There are many people with constipation and they cannot afford to spend 15 euros on something that you consume daily and is not even prescribed... And companies should come up with something for IBS. It has only gotten worse after 5 years instead of the opposite... In America, there are countless medications, here in Europe, there are very few and also in shortage

Very good!!! It works from the first day. I bought it because I take iron and it causes me incredible constipation. With lepicol, I was saved and I can continue my iron therapy without worry... that I will have episodes of blockage. I simply drink one dose per day, which is 4 teaspoons. Half a dose... meaning 2 teaspoons per day, doesn't help much with iron... but without iron, it's okay. If you take the full dose, the 4 teaspoons per day, the bottle will last you half a month. If you take half a dose per day, it will last you the whole month. Important: each teaspoon requires a glass of water. Meaning, with the 4 teaspoons, you need to drink 4 glasses of water. In general, you should drink it as the instructions say.

Yes, it does what it promises, but every time it is a struggle to swallow it. The "powder" does not dissolve in cold or hot water and it feels like swallowing crushed bran. If you don't have a problem with swallowing it, then go for it. But if you are curious about the swallowing experience (e.g. you can't drink natural juice with pieces), it's better to find something similar in tablets.

update: Eventually, the feeling of crushed bran is something you get used to and it is no longer a struggle
