I bought it for a healthier option, but it is not non-stick. Additionally, the bottom became warped and instead of being flat, it became slightly spherical, resulting in it not fitting properly on the kitchen stove. I am attaching a photo and video. Disappointing!

I only use it to toast bread, so I don't have an opinion on how it behaves as a pan. It is quite high-quality and works perfectly for the job I use it for. The bread slides out easily after being toasted to the point where I have to be careful not to drop it on the floor while taking it out.
