Discovery Sky Trip ST70

The Discovery Sky Trip ST70 is a refractor telescope that comes with an informative book and is ideal for your introduction to the world of Astronomy. By reading the accompanying book "The Void That is Not Empty," you will receive exciting information about stargazing and learn how to apply this knowledge in practice. With this telescope, you can observe the Moon and the planets, as well as terrestrial targets. As for deep sky objects, the telescope will give you the opportunity to admire the brightest ones.

The book "The Void That is Not Empty" (147 color pages, 245x245 mm).

Altazimuth Mount

The use of it is easy, thanks to the simple altazimuth mount, which allows the optical tube to make two simple movements: up-down and right-left.

The simplest type of telescope support

An altazimuth mount is the simplest type of telescope mount. Its name is a combination of the words "altitude" and "azimuth", meaning "height" and "azimuth". This type of mount allows for movements up and down (in altitude) and left and right (in azimuth).

Easy transportation on excursions and trips

Unlike other refracting telescopes, the Discovery Sky Trip ST70 excels thanks to its compact size, with an optical tube length that is almost half compared to similar models. This allows you to take the telescope with you on trips and travels. The package includes a convenient backpack for easy transportation of the telescope and its various accessories in such cases. An additional advantage of this telescope is its quick and easy assembly.

This review is about a variation of the product

In the instructions, it does not say that you need to adjust the diopter during the day in order for it to work at night, and most importantly, the tripod is small and not convenient at all. Get a telescope with a regular-sized tripod.
