It concerns a 65" TV.
I received it on 4/7/22 for 539 euros.
We're talking about a beast, I wanted to get a TV with a huge screen for this price even if I had to sacrifice quality.
I mainly watch Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, sports... and occasionally a movie from our channels.
IMAGE QUALITY: 7.5 (Great image, especially with movies that support Dolby Vision & HDR10, it enhances it significantly, especially on Disney+, Netflix, etc.)
SOUND: 8.0 (I will buy a soundbar for better sound quality, but it already has good sound, not dry or tiring)
VIEWING ANGLE: 8.5+ (You won't have any problems from the sides, after all, how far can you go when you have a 65" screen in front of you?)
MENU: 10.0 (Very easy to adjust. Set the image to "Dynamic".)
APPS: 10.0 (Netflix, Disney+, Uefa Tv, Prime Video, EON, Rakuten TV, and many more.)
PROCESSOR: 10.0 (VIDAA 5, next generation, very fast without any lag.)
(It is connected to 2.5G with an ethernet cable)
HYBRID: YES (With a simple press of the red button)
HDMI 2.1: NO (Unfortunately, it is not true 2.1 (4K60Hz)). Although this TV does not support advanced gaming features or 120Hz input (PS5/Xbox Series X), it has Auto Low Latency mode. If you enable "Content Type Auto Detection", the TV automatically switches to game mode when it detects a game being played from a supported source, resulting in low input lag.
Finally, if we don't have any technical issues in the future (which we did have on 28/11/2022**), the TV will be worth its money 100%, for 500 euros it works perfectly fine!! However, if you are demanding, go for something else, regardless of the brand, QLED TVs undoubtedly have better panels, but we're talking about double or triple the price, double the risk, something that played a role for my wallet.
Thank you.
UPDATE: 28/11/2022
Unfortunately, it started freezing, I have to unplug it all the time to restart it :( (the image freezes or shows the movie intermittently, you only hear sound)... Today, Monday, the authorized technical department picked it up... Let's see how Hisense handles the service and customer support.
8/12/22
The technician called me and luckily I showed him a video I had kept (fortunately) showing what the TV was doing. With this video, he will prove the problem to Hisense and soon there will be a replacement.
Well done to the guy (CHR. CHA.) for his effort and interest.
23/12/22
I returned home after a month without a replacement because it didn't show any problems to them. (Apparently, Hisense didn't want to replace it)
However, they assured me from the authorized service (S. ONE) that they will change the processor board at their own expense (to their credit), not Hisense.
24/01/23
The processor board was replaced, let's hope nothing happens again.
9th 2023
After the processor board was replaced, the TV did not show any problems again.
