It was purchased 8 months ago from a store in Crete, and my stay is in Athens. Within 6 months, it showed unjustifiable damages. See related in the photos. It should be noted that its use is Home Office. I contacted the Bartuggi Hellas dealership here, where they informed me that we did not purchase it from their dealer and therefore they do not recognize the warranty, they can repair it with a charge. If it was a bag bought from a street vendor and a fake one, I would understand. But for it to be from a reputable company and not recognize it... For 35€, it's not worth it... I will not deal with this company again. For 10€ more, there are much more reliable companies.
