The meter, from Kraft&Dele company, is ideal for use in the wood industry, testing fabrics and paper, and storing building materials. A non-invasive inductive meter is located in the sensor at the back of the tool, emits and receives electromagnetic signals through the material under test. The displayed indication is the average value of the moisture content of the entire surface and the maximum penetration depth. The moisture near the surface has a greater effect on the average value than the moisture near the maximum penetration depth.

The meter has internal automatic calibration function, so manual calibration is not required.
