And as expected, it is painted after the basic assembly, which means that if you move the little rack left and right, along with the springs underneath, it is UNPAINTED! It is good, bearable, relatively speaking. According to M-Wave, it can hold up to twenty kilograms, and I have no doubt about that. Also among its pros is that it has a "bumper" on the back with holes for mounting a universal night light.
