Let me give you an idea to try...
5 kg honey
1 tbsp baking soda
1 tbsp this salt
1 squeezed lemon
3 squeezed oranges
Black tea (or green if you can't handle the strength of black)Attention... these electrolytes are for intense sports (beach volleyball, etc.)
If your sport is less intense but you still need it, use half the quantities of what I mentioned.Since I tried this salt, I haven't touched regular salt from supermarkets.
Just search and find a producer who sells it for around 7€ per kilo, when here you can find it for 8€ per 400g (!!!)
The best salt there is!!!
