It helps relatively quickly in increasing vitamin levels in the body. I recommend them because of the quantity of D-3 (5K) per capsule and the price. There were no side effects, neither for me nor for other people I recommended it to. They are very small soft capsules, someone who has difficulty with pills can consume them.
Probably the supplement for D3 with the best absorption. It is good to be combined with K2 and Magnesium though.

From d3 6 to 4 months went 50..it simply needs 50,000 units once a week (evening intake) along with vitamin K2
