    It is not at all as presented in the photo and description. It is huge, with a diameter of 27.5 cm and a thickness of 4.5 cm, made of plastic (not rubber) and filled with water... They are so big that exercises with hand weights cannot be done. These specific ones are made to fit a large bar, and this is uncertain.
