It has very good construction quality and is resistant to light rain. So far, I haven't tested it in heavy rain, but I don't think that should be a significant evaluation criterion. It closes properly with a magnetic clip, while internally it tightens with a thick rope, which (besides safety) gives it a nice design.

Internally, it has space for a laptop (mine is 14" and fits comfortably) and 3 compartments for small items on the front side. The remaining space is large and can fit many things. I didn't give it 5 stars because I would prefer it to have another divider. Also, I would like the compartments for small items to close in some way, as (except for one) they don't close, resulting in the items you put inside falling out.
